\u25cf 60 ml cherry liqueur<\/p>\n

\u25cf 200 ml 35% heavy cream, cold<\/p>\n

\u25cf 250 g mascarpone<\/p>\n

\u25cf 40 g powdered sugar<\/p>\n

\u25cf 150 g cherry jam (or chopped cherries in syrup)<\/p>\n

How to do it<\/h2>\n

1. Whip the cream, mascarpone, and sugar until firm.<\/p>\n

2. Layer in glasses: cake soaked with a little liqueur \u2192 cream \u2192 cherry jam. Repeat the layers <\/p>\n

3. Finish with a smooth layer of cream.<\/p>\n
