Yield: 6 glasses

Ingredients
● 250 g chocolate cake (or brownies), cut into cubes
● 60 ml cherry liqueur
● 200 ml 35% heavy cream, cold
● 250 g mascarpone
● 40 g powdered sugar
● 150 g cherry jam (or chopped cherries in syrup)
How to do it
1. Whip the cream, mascarpone, and sugar until firm.
2. Layer in glasses: cake soaked with a little liqueur → cream → cherry jam. Repeat the layers
3. Finish with a smooth layer of cream.
To serve: Garnish with chocolate shavings and a cherry.
