(Cherry liqueur, lemon juice, egg white)
Ingredients
● 50 ml cherry liqueur
● 30 ml fresh lemon juice
● 15 ml simple syrup (optional, for a less sweet version)
● 1 egg white or aquafaba (for a vegan option)
● Ice
How to do it
Shake all ingredients without ice first (to create foam), then add ice and shake again. Strain into a short glass.
To finish: Garnish with a cherry or a touch of lemon zest on top of the foam.
